All orders are final sale. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded.
We accept returns for exchange of any items that are damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us within 30 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the defective part and/or damage. We will evaluate the issue and explain how to arrange the return of the damaged item to us.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will inspect your return and ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Any items that are returned with obvious signs of use, are not in their original condition, or have been damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be granted a partial refund only.
